  • Order processing (e.g., invitation, organization and follow-up of the event, sending of (partial) group photos, which may be taken during the training - in consultation), information flow between Dietz Training with responsible trainers as well as invoicing and the associated - e.g., tax-related - storage.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the booked event (e.g., for a participant list with names, telephone numbers and email addresses – exclusively for the trainers and other participants of this training).
  • The data may also be used to send you information that may be of interest to you, e.g. background information on further training topics or on other events.
  • At all times, we ensure that we only use the partial data sets necessary for each of the purposes listed above (data minimization).
